24-hour Emergency Income Support Contact Centre
Get help in an emergency with basic needs like shelter, food, clothing and transportation by calling the Income Support Contact Centre 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This contact centre also assists current Income Support clients who need specific information about their case.
Alberta Supports Contact Centre
Call for information and referrals to more than 120 social-based programs and services such as child care subsidy, Assured Income for the Severely Handicapped (AISH), income support, adult health benefits, child health benefits, and career and employment services.

Bullying Prevention Helpline
If you’re being bullied or know someone who may need help with bullying, you can speak to someone 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Help is provided in more than 170 languages.
Child Abuse Hotline
If you suspect a child is being neglected or abused, call the Child Abuse Hotline 24 hours a day, or get contact information for your local Child and Family Services office by dialing 310-0000 during business hours.
Family Violence Info Line
Do you need help dealing with family violence? You can speak to someone 24 hours a day, seven days a week to get support. Help is provided in more than 170 languages
Fraud Investigation Unit
If you suspect a person is misusing funds or benefits issued by the AISH or Income Support programs and would like to report it, you can contact the Investigation Unit.
