Norm McLeod
Norm McLeod is a tireless promoter of full community inclusion for individuals with developmental disabilities.
He has devoted his 35-year career in the disability field to his personal vision of individuals with developmental disabilities living, working, learning and participating as fully-contributing citizens in their communities.
Norm is an inspiration to those around him and was instrumental in establishing the legislation that created the Persons with Developmental Disabilities (PDD) Program.
